VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Implementation Directions for VAC Service Departments to Promote the Financial Adoption of Veterans' Orphans" (revised directions take into force from 26th, October 2012)
