核釋「勞工請假規則」第3條第3款規定，勞工之兄弟姊妹包括勞工之養父母之子女及勞工之生父母之子女，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF LABOR AFFAIRS, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Subparagraph 3, Article 3 of "Regulations of Leave-Taking of Workers", which stipulates the term 'brother or sister' to include son or daughter of both foster-parents and biological parents (interpretive rule becomes effective from 8th, November 2012)
