訂定「工廠之設立或園區之開發，位於台灣糖業股份有限公司釋出之土地（不含釋出後已經目的事業主管機關許可作為工廠或園區之範圍），屬對環境有不良影響之虞之開發行為，應實施環境影響評估」，自即日生效

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation of regulations governing establishment of a factory or the construction of an industrial park, which is located in the land released from Taiwan Sugar Corporation (the land permitted to be a factory or an industrial park is not included), has concern of adverse impact on the environment and an environmental impact assessment shall be conducted (stipulation becomes effective from 13th, November 2012)
