修正「行政院體育委員會辦理體育推手獎實施要點」，並修正名稱為「教育部體育署辦理體育推手獎實施要點」，自102年1月1日生效

SPORTS ADMINISTRATION, MOE Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Administrative Directions Governing SAC Sports Activist Awards", and renames the Directions as "Administrative Directions Governing SAMOE Sports Activist Awards" (revised directions have taken into force since 1st, January 2013)
