MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 6 of "Enforcement Rules of Act of Merit for Officers and Noncommissioned Officers of the Armed Forces", Article 20 of "Duty-off Regulations of Officers and Noncommissioned Officers of Armed Forces", Article 17 of "Enforcement Rules of Armed Forces Decoration Act", partial articles of "Enforcement Rules of the Statutes Governing the Certification for Soldiers Granted with Agricultural Fields", and Article 3 of "Handing-over Regulations of Officers and Noncommissioned Officers of Armed Forces"
