SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION BUREAU, COA Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 2, 4 and 6 of "Operational Directions for Soil and Water Conservation Plan Review, Approval for Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan" (revised directions take into force from 29th, March 2013)
