FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting "Ordinary Corporate Bonds Issued by Foreigners and Specifically Sold to Professional Investment Institutions Could Be Issued without Application" and for draft amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers", partial articles of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers" and Article 22 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Overseas Securities by Issuers"
