101年6月21日訂定發布之「消防機具器材及設備認可標準」、「消防機具器材及設備認可實施辦法」、「消防機具器材及設備登錄機構管理辦法」及101年12月24日訂定發布之「消防機具器材及設備登錄機構規費收費標準」，自102年7月1日施行

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for designating the date of enforcement to be 1st, July 2013 for the enactment of "Standards of Approval for Fire Safety Appliances and Equipments", "Regulations of Approval for Fire Safety Appliances and Equipments", "Regulations of Management for Approval Fire Safety Appliances and Equipments Registered Institution", and "Fee-charging Standards of Fire Safety Appliances and Equipments Registered Institution"
