修正「行政院國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會榮譽國民證製發作業規定」，並修正名稱為「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會榮譽國民證製發作業規定」，自102年11月1日生效

VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Rules & Regulations for Issuing Veterans ID, VAC", and renames the Directions as "VAC Operation Directions Governing the Making & Issuing of the ROC Veteran Identification Card" (revised directions shall be taking into force from 1st, November 2013)
