修正「行政院國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會所屬服務機構推動榮民遺孤認養實施要點」第1點規定，並修正名稱為「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會所屬服務機構推動榮民遺孤認養實施要點」，自102年11月1日生效

VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 1 of "Implementation Directions for VAC Service Departments to Promote the Financial Adoption of Veterans' Orphans", and renames the Directions as "VAC Implementation Directions Regarding Veterans' Orphan Adoption in Affiliated Service Units" (revised directions shall be taking into force from 1st, November 2013)
