FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 10, 27, 30 and the appendix of Article 24 of "Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Public Banks", Article 14, 30 and the appendix of Article 24 of "Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Financial Holding Companies", Article 10, 29 and the appendix of Article 24 of "Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Public Bills Finance Companies", Article 9 of "Regulations Governing the Capital Adequacy and Capital Category of Banks", "Methods for Calculating Bank's Regulatory Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets", Article 4 of "Regulations Governing the Capital Adequacy of Bills Finance Companies" and "Methods for Calculating Bills Finance Companies Regulatory Capital and Risk-weighted Assets"
