MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 13 of "Regulations for Application for Approval of Taxi Passenger Transport Operators" (amended regulations shall be taking into force from 1st, May 2014)
