修正「行政院國家科學委員會補助專題研究計畫評審申覆作業要點」，並修正名稱為「科技部補助專題研究計畫評審申覆作業要點」；修正「行政院國家科學委員會學術倫理案件處理及審議要點」，並修正名稱為「科技部學術倫理案件處理及審議要點」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Directions for Appeal of Review Results for Single-Topic Research Projects Funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology" and "Handling and Review Directions for Academic Ethics Cases of the National Science Council, Executive Yuan", and renames the latter Directions as "Handling and Review Directions for Academic Ethics Cases of the Ministry of Science and Technology" (revised directions take into force from 8th, April 2014)
