修正「違反勞工安全衛生法及勞動檢查法罰鍰案件處理要點」，並修正名稱為「違反職業安全衛生法及勞動檢查法罰鍰案件處理要點」，自103年7月3日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Directions of to Violate Labor Safety and Health Law and Labor Inspection Law Penalty", and renames the Directions as "Directions in Fining Cases of Violating the OSH Act and Labor Inspection Act" (revised directions have taken into force since 3rd, July 2014)
