核釋「入學大學同等學力認定標準」第6條規定「經本部核可之大學」，除係本部102年4月29日臺教高通字第1020058869號函釋所認符合申請本部自辦外部評鑑條件並經核定之60所大學外，自104學年度起，大學符合所列條件之一，並報經本部專案核定者，亦得依前開規定辦理

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Article 6 of "Standards for Recognition of Equivalent Educational Level as Qualified for Entering University", which defines 'universities/colleges approved by the Ministry of Education' not only include those 60 universities/colleges that received the permission from the Ministry of Education after applying for qualification of the external evaluation, but also those eligible to the listed conditions, and approved on a case by case basis by the Ministry of Education from the Academic Year 2015
