MATERIALS TESTING LABORATORY, DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HIGHWAYS, MOTC Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fee-charging Standards for the Test of Materials Testing Laboratory, Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Transportation and Communications" (standards become effective from 23rd, September 2014)
