核釋「非營利幼兒園實施辦法」第13條第1項規定，有關非營利幼兒園應依「幼兒教育及照顧法」第7條第3項規定優先招收不利條件之幼兒相關規定

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 13 of "Implementation Regulations Governing Non-profit Pre-schools", which stipulates the related terms and conditions regarding priority enrollment for disadvantaged children of nonprofit preschools as regulated under Paragraph 3, Article 7 of "Early Childhood Education and Care Act"
