修正「稻米出口同意文件核發要點」，並修正名稱為「稻米出進口同意文件核發要點」，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Directions for Issuing Approval Document for the Exportation of the Rice" and renames the Directions as "Directions for Issuing Approval Document for the Exportation and Importation of the Rice" (revised directions take into force from 25th, November 2014)
