MARITIME AND PORT BUREAU, MOTC Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Standard Application Procedures for Reviewing of Mainland Chinese Vessels Entering the Restricted or Prohibited Water of ROC to Rescue Wrecked Ships" (procedures become effective from 16th, April 2015)
