MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on partial articles of "Regulations of Civil Air Transport Enterprise", Article 7, 9 and 10-2 of "Regulations of Foreign Civil Air Transport Enterprise", partial articles of "Regulations Governing Foreign Aircrafts Flying in ROC Territory", Article 7, 12 and 13-2 of "Regulations Governing Private Aircraft Activities" and partial articles of "Regulations Governing General Aviation"
