MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 2, Article 4 of "Unpaid Leave Regulations for Educators" to define the term 'major injury or disease' as the following: schools, institutions or the authoritative administration agencies shall consider the actual situation of each case and the operation of schools to approve or disapprove the unpaid leave requested by the educators whose school-age children are diagnosed with developmental delay that reaches 20% level
