修正「航空器適航檢定維修管理規則」第1條、第14條、第26條條文及第3條附件1、第6條附件3，並修正名稱為「航空產品與其各項裝備及零組件適航維修管理規則」

MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 1, 14, 26, Supplementary 1 of Article 3 and Supplementary 3 of Article 6 of "Regulations for Aircraft Airworthiness Certification and Maintenance Management", and renames the Regulations as "Regulations of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Management for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts"
