MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Employment of Student Counselors within Municipal, County, and City Governments, and at Elementary and Junior High Schools", and renames the Regulations as "Regulations Governing Employment of Professional Counselling Staff at Elementary and Secondary Schools and at the Competent Authorities"
