依據105年10月28日「水污染防治措施及檢測申報管理辦法」第49條之4第7項、第106條之1第4項，與「水污染防治措施計畫及許可申請審查管理辦法」第27條之1第4項規定，事業或污水下水道系統「洗腎診所廢（污）水管理計畫」、「廢（污）水處理技術試驗計畫書」與「廢（污）水自動監測（視）設施措施說明書及確認報告書」，自指定之日106年3月1日起，應採網路傳輸方式辦理

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 7, Article 49-4, and Paragraph 4, Article 106-1 of "Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations" and Paragraph 4, Article 27-1 of "Regulations Governing Water Pollution Control Measure Plans and Permit Application Review" which stipulates that "management plans of wastewater or sewage from clinics with the treatment of hemodialysis", "plans for handling technique of wastewater or sewage" and "manuals and confirmation reports for automatic monitoring facilities of wastewater or sewage" of enterprises or sewage systems shall be submitted via Internet transmission since 1st, March 2017
