核釋教育人員依「家事事件法」、「兒童及少年福利與權益保障法」相關規定，與收養兒童先行共同生活期間，得準用「教育人員留職停薪辦法」第4條第1項第3款申請育嬰留職停薪之規定

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of "Unpaid Leave Regulations for Educators" which stipulates that educators following relevant rules specified in "Family Act" and "The Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act" and having lived with adopted children prior to the adoption may apply for parental leave without pay for the period they have lived together
