MINISTRY OF CULTURE Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment of "Regulations Governing the Review for Designation and Revocation of Historical Sites", "Regulations Governing the Supervising and Preserving of Historical Sites", "Regulations Governing the Review for Excavation Qualifications and Terms of Historical Sites", "Regulations for Examination, Abolition, Procedures and Other Regulatory for Registration of Historical Artifacts by Classification", "Regulations Governing the Reproduction and Supervised Reproduction of Public Antiquities" and "Regulations for Permitting Antiquities from Mainland China Importing to Taiwan for Public Display and Exhibition"; for drafting "Regulations Governing the Procurement of Investigation, Research and Excavation for Archaeological Sites", "Regulations Governing the Management and Conservation of Public Antiquities", "Regulations Governing the Export and Import Affairs of National Treasures and Significant Antiquities" and "Regulations Governing the Export and Import Affairs of Artifacts"
