MINISTRY OF CULTURE Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Ministry of Culture Directions for Grants for '20-40 Year Old Writers' and for 'First-Time Writers of Book-Length Literary Works", and the renaming of the Directions as "Ministry of Culture Directions for Grants for 20-40 Year Old Writers" (revised directions take into force from 2nd, November 2017)
