MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment to add 2 rare diseases to "List of Rare Disease" and amend the names, ICD-10-CM code, and serial numbers of 4 rare diseases in the said list
