核釋「教育人員留職停薪辦法」第4條第2項第7款有關教育人員之配偶因公派赴國外工作或進修，其期間在1年以上須隨同前往，申請留職停薪之相關規定

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 7, Paragraph 2, Article 4 of "Unpaid Leave Regulations for Educators" which stipulates that educators may apply for unpaid leave to accompany their spouses who need to work or study overseas on business for over a year
