依法經本會核准發行且投資人申購、賣回採現金交付之指數投資證券（Exchange Traded Note；ETN），屬「保險法」第146條之1第1項第6款所稱之其他經主管機關核准保險業購買之有價證券，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating that Exchange Traded Notes (ETN), which have been approved for issuing by FSC and are purchased and redeemed by investors in cash shall belong to "other marketable securities that the competent authority has granted approval for insurance enterprises to purchase", regulated under Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 146-1 of "Insurance Act" (stipulation becomes effective from 21st, June 2019)
