108年5月22日修正公布之「道路交通管理處罰條例」部分條文及108年6月19日修正公布之該條例部分條文，除108年6月19日修正公布之第76條自109年3月1日施行外，其餘條文自108年10月1日施行

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the date of enforcement of the promulgated amendment on partial articles of "Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act" to be 1st, October 2019, except for Article 76 which shall become effective from 1st, March 2020
