FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation that any kind of Exchange Traded Fund regulated under Section 6 of Chapter 3 of "Regulations Governing Securities Investment Trust Funds" shall belong to "other marketable securities that the competent authority has granted approval for insurance enterprises to purchase", regulated under Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 146-1 of "Insurance Act" (stipulation becomes effective from 10th, December 2019)
