核釋「信用卡業務機構管理辦法」第44條第2項第3款規定所稱之溢繳應付帳款包含經信用卡持卡人同意，持卡人所獲新臺幣5000元（含）以下之統一發票中獎獎金匯入款，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 2 of Article 44 of "Regulations Governing Institutions Engaging in Credit Card Business" which stipulates that the amount of overpayment includes the inward remittances from the prize money of uniform invoices which are NTD 5,000 (inclusive) or below and agreed by the cardholders (interpretive rule becomes effective from 19th, March 2020)
