核釋「植物防疫檢疫法施行細則」第21條第2款規定，為確保輸出中國大陸番荔枝及鳳梨鮮果實之品質及執行有害生物之防檢疫作業，指定「輸銷中國大陸番荔枝及鳳梨鮮果實包裝場資料表」為申請輸出植物檢疫應檢附之文件，自即日生效

BUREAU OF ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE, COA Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Article 21 of "Enforcement Rules of Plant Protection and Quarantine Act", which stipulates that "Information Form of Packaging Premises for Export of Soursops and Pineapples to Mainland China" is designated as a required submission for the application of the quarantine of exported plants in order to ensure the quality and execute the protection and quarantine of pests for exporting soursops and pineapples to the mainland China (interpretive rule becomes effective from 19th, October 2020)
