本院106年6月27日院臺法字第1060091612號令依「洗錢防制法」第5條第4項規定指定「第五條第三項第二款之地政士、不動產經紀業不適用第九條第一項申報規定」部分刪除，地政士及不動產經紀業從事與不動產買賣交易有關之行為依該法第9條規定辦理，自110年9月1日生效

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the amendement of the decree documented as Yuan-Tai-Fa-Tzu No. 1060091612 regarding the designation pursuant to Paragraph 4 of Article 5 of "Money Laundering Control Act" by deleting the designation: land administration agents and real estate agencies in Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 3 of Article 5 of "Money Laundering Control Act" are not required to make a transaction report prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Act; land administration agents and real estate agencies engaging in transactions concerning purchase and sale of real estate shall be governed by Article 9 of the aforesaid Act (amendment shall become effective from 1st, September 2021)
