修正「雇主申請聘僱短期補習班技藝類教師相關申請書表」，名稱並修正為「雇主申請聘僱短期補習班教師相關申請書表」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Job Application Forms Regarding Foreign Teachers of Non-academic Classes in Cram Schools", and the renaming of the Job Application Forms as "Job Application Forms Regarding Foreign Teachers for Short-term Supplementary Learning Centers" (revision has become effective since 29th, October 2021)
