訂定依法經本會核准向不特定人募集之期貨信託基金受益憑證及依法經本會核准募集發行且申購、買回採現金交付之指數股票型期貨信託基金受益憑證，屬「保險法」第146條之1第1項第6款規定之其他經主管機關核准保險業購買之有價證券相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating rules that beneficial certificates of futures trust funds approved by the FSC for being offered to unspecified persons and exchange-traded futures trust fund beneficial certificates approved by the FSC for being offered and issued and whose subscription and redemption are settled in cash are other marketable securities that the competent authority has granted approval for insurance enterprises to purchase in accordance with Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 146-1 of "Insurance Act" (stipulation becomes effective from 9th, May 2022)
