訂定依據「銀行辦理高資產客戶適用之金融商品及服務管理辦法」第5條第1項第8款之規定，核准經本會同意辦理本辦法業務之銀行，得以信託方式受託投資「未具證券投資信託基金性質」之境外基金相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 5 of "Regulations Governing Banks Conducting Financial Products and Services for High-Asset Customers", which stipulates relevant rules that banks approved by the Commission for conducting businesses specified in the aforesaid Regulations may invest in an offshore fund that is not a securities investment trust fund type in the way of trust investment (stipulation becomes effective from 15th, August 2022)
