CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL, MOHW Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fine Determination Criteria for Violations of Quarantine Measures Specified in Subparagraph 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 of Article 58 and Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 of Article 59 of Communicable Disease Control Act" (criteria become effective from 7th, July 2023); for the abolition of "Fine Determination Criteria for Violations of Quarantine Measures Specified in Subparagraph 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 of Article 58 of Communicable Disease Control Act" (abolition becomes effective from 7th, July 2023)
