修正「交通部公路總局受理挖掘公路作業程序手冊」第3點規定，名稱並修正為「交通部公路局受理挖掘公路作業程序手冊」；修正「交通部公路總局對違反公路法第三十條、第三十之一條及第七十二條規定按第七十二條處罰之裁量基準表」，名稱並修正為「交通部公路局對違反公路法第三十條、第三十之一條及第七十二條規定按第七十二條處罰之裁量基準表」；修正「快速公路散落物處理收費要點」；修正「交通部公路總局受理申請使用省道舉辦活動管理要點」，名稱並修正為「交通部公路局受理申請使用省道舉辦活動管理要點」，自112年9月15日生效

DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HIGHWAYS, MOTC Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 3 of "Operation Procedure of Directorate General of Highways, MOTC for Handling Road Digging", and the renaming of the Procedure as "Operation Procedure for Handling Road Digging by Highway Bureau, MOTC"; for the revision of "Discretion Standards to Offend against the Article 30, 30-1 and 72 of Highway Act of Directorate General of Highways, MOTC", and the renaming of the Standards as "Discretion Standards to Offend Against the Article 30,30-1 and 72 of Highway Act of Highway Bureau, MOTC"; for the revision of "Fee-charging Directions for the Disposal of Dropped Items on Expressway"; for the revision of "Management Directions for Accepting the Application for the Use of Provincial Highways to Hold Activities by Highway Bureau, MOTC" (revision shall become effective from 15th, September 2023)
