FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation of relevant rules regarding the proviso of Subparagraph 13 of Article 37 of "Regulations Governing Securities Firms" and the proviso of Subparagraph 20 of Paragraph 2 of Article 18 of "Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Firms" (stipulation becomes effective from 12th, March 2024)
