MINISTRY OF DIGITAL AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for Administration for Digital Industries, MODA to be commissioned to conduct affairs related to Paragraph 4 and 5 of Article 5 and Paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 5-1 of "Regulations Governing Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism for the Third-Party Payment Enterprises" (period of commission commences on 15th, March 2024)
