MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Examination Guidelines on Certification Marks, Collective Membership Marks and Collective Trademarks", "Examination Guidelines on Retail Services" and "Examination Guidelines on the Procedures for Trademark Dispute Cases" (revision becomes effective from 15th, March 2024)
