環境部公告：委辦基隆市政府、臺北市政府、新北市政府、桃園市政府、新竹市政府、臺中市政府、南投縣政府、雲林縣政府、嘉義市政府、臺南市政府、高雄市政府、屏東縣政府、澎湖縣政府、連江縣政府等辦理其轄內國家公園、野生動物保護區或野生動物重要棲息環境、重要濕地、臺灣沿海地區自然環境保護計畫核定公告之自然保護區或一般保護區、國家風景區或國家森林遊樂區內旅館（含觀光旅館）開發案件環境影響評估審查（含後續變更）、監督及處分等事項，自公告日生效

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT Notice is hereby given, for Keelung City Government, Taipei City Government, New Taipei City Government, Taoyuan City Government, Hsinchu City Government, Taichung City Government, Nantou County Government, Yunlin County Government, Chiayi City Government, Tainan City Government, Kaohsiung City Government, Pingtung County Government, Penghu County Government and Lienchiang County Government to be commissioned to handle the review (including the review for follow-up changes), supervision and disposition of the environmental impact assessment of the development cases of hotels (including tourist hotels) in national parks, wildlife refuges or major wildlife habitats, important wetlands, nature preserves or general protected areas approved and announced under the Taiwan Coastal Area Natural Environment Protection Plan, national scenic areas or national forest recreation areas in their administrative regions (period of commission has commenced since 8th, April 2024)
