OCEAN AFFAIRS COUNCIL A disciplinary action which pertains to the violation of "Civil Servants Service Act" committed by Sung Yu-chien, an Officer of Fleet Branch, CGA, OAC due to concurrent serving; Sung has been given a sanction of "Reprimand" by the judgment of the Disciplinary Court
