MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation to adopt some 7 resolutions of "2011 ESP Code", which were adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, July 2024)
