修正「補助行政機關委託民間團體辦理勞資爭議調解實施要點」部分規定及第13點附件1、第19點附件3，名稱並修正為「勞動部補助行政機關委託民間團體辦理勞資爭議調解實施要點」，除第7點規定自114年1月1日生效外，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the revision on partial provisions and Supplementary 1 of Paragraph 13 and Supplementary 3 of Paragraph 19 of "Directions of Subsidies to Administrative Agencies in Referring Labor Dispute Cases to NGOs' Mediation", and the renaming of the Directions as "Directions of Subsidies to Administrative Agencies in Referring Labor Dispute Mediation Cases to NGOs by the Ministry of Labor" (revised directions come into force from 15th, July 2024 except Paragraph 7, which shall become effective from 1st, January 2025)
