OCEAN AFFAIRS COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fee-charging Standards of Training Certificates for Personnel for Breeding Marine Animals or Releasing Them Into Their Natural Habitat" (standards come into force from 1st, July 2025)
