OCEAN AFFAIRS COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Regulations on the Application Procedures for Utilization Permits in Buffer Zones and Sustainable-Use Zones of Marine Sanctuary" (former name: Regulations on Utilization Permits for Buffer Zones and Sustainable-Use Zones of Marine Sanctuary) (regulations come into force from 1st, July 2025)
