財政部公告：台灣釀酒商協會申請對自中國大陸產製進口啤酒課徵反傾銷稅、臨時課徵反傾銷稅及回溯課徵反傾銷稅案，經本部最後認定中國大陸涉案廠商確有傾銷情事，自本公告之日起，依最後認定之傾銷差率臨時課徵反傾銷稅

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Notice is hereby given, for announcing the final determination that the involved Chinese companies have actually engaged in dumping in the case requested by Taiwan Brewers Association regarding the imposition of anti-dumping duty, provisional anti-dumping duty and retroactive anti-dumping duty on beers originating in or imported from mainland China; the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty based on the dumping margin set by the final determination commences on 24th, September 2025
